Mark's entrance into church consulting is the result of more than four decades of pastoral ministry. With a heart for Christ and His people, Mark came to understand that many churches, though filled with good people, struggle with identity, purpose and unity.
Simultaneously, he recognized that most of those churches do not realize why they struggle, lose passion, or are unable to connect with the communities they serve. Under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, Mark answered the call and stepped into a life of assisting churches move toward greater health, unity and mission.
Mark works with the understanding that a church does not have to be toxic or in severe crisis to benefit from a consultancy. As a consultant, Mark helps churches see what they are unable to see by themselves.
